I asked the following question of the Trust on 14 Mar 19:

I emailed questions in the past to info@eiv.org.uk however it bounced back to me. Can you confirm if the email address is correct or, if not, amend your correspondence to show the correct address?

Here is the reply from the Trust:

Please use enquiries@eiv.org.uk for general enquiries unless notified otherwise. accounts@eiv.org.uk

is meant for queries with suppliers and hall hirers, while rentcharge@eiv.org.uk is for property owners’ queries about rentcharge. We will amend our documentation to reflect this. Nevertheless, queries sent to any of the email addresses will be routed to the correct person within EIVT eventually.
